In connection with the rental services we provide we may collect and process the following types of your personal data:
your name, date of birth, address, e-mail address, telephone number; and
your credit card information and other information necessary for the processing of payments.
How Do We Collect Data?
We collect personal data from you directly when you rent a mobile Wi-Fi device from us.
How Do We Use Your Data and on What Legal Grounds?
We will process your personal data for the performance of our contract with you and based on our legitimate interests for the purposes of:
providing the mobile Wi-Fi rental services to you;
contacting you in connection with your rental agreement;
processing of your payment of the rent;
processing your customer feedback;
improvement of our services;
maintaining customer relations; and
Your personal data will not be subject to automated decision making or profiling.
Disclosures of Your Data
We will not disclose your personal data to any third parties unless we are required to do so either by law or in order to assert or defend against legal claims.
All external service providers who process personal data on our behalf have committed to process data only on our behalf and for the agreed purpose and to act in all circumstances in accordance with the applicable data protection legislation.

We do not transfer personal data outside the EEA
How Do We Protect Your Data?
We have implemented and maintain appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal data against accidental, unlawful or unauthorized access, use, disclosure, alteration, destruction or loss. Upon expiry of the applicable storage period we will securely destroy your personal data in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
How Long Do We Keep Your Data?
We will process your personal data for as long as it is necessary for the purpose we collected it for. Due to accounting law requirements or in order to assert or defend against legal claims, we may need to keep certain data until the end of the relevant legal limitation period or until a possible claim has been settled.
